    No experience needed. You will have the opportunity to experience intrinsic movement which is gentle, conscious, and mindful. Submerge into this unique opportunity to replenish and nourish with relaxation, meditation, tension release, yoga, and journaling, while connecting more deeply to yourself and others.

Why Attend?

We exist, in a fast paced culture, which keeps our Sympathetic Nervous System constantly activated in various Survival/Fight-Flight modes. Adrenal Fatigue is a common health issue related to Stress. Restoring balance is crucial to our system on every level; physically, by calming the nervous system, psychologically and emotionally by regulating our thought patterns, and spiritually, through personal growth.

    Insight occurs when we make significant changes in our neurological pathways. When we are able to view the world not only through our own mind, but with a greater understanding for another point of view, we are able to alter our perceptions and experience the present moment.

By de-inhibiting our movement patterns, we are able to journey through unknown territory, which enables us to explore the tapestry of our lives and the landscape of our body, in new ways. We discover that our automatic thoughts and behaviors keep us in a loop of same experience repeated unconconsiously, day after day. Through movement, that initiates from deep within the primordial body, we are able to connect to our fluids, tissues, breath, and organs to replenish, align, and create a state of wellness and health.

You will learn relaxation techniques, experience sitting and walking meditation, and how to use your breath and body as a resource. There will also be opportunities for setting intentions for personal relationships, career, and personal growth.

Deeply nourishing Yoga will prepare you for the ultimate relaxation experience. It will feel as though you have spent the entire weekend nurturing yourself.

What to bring: Yoga mat, blanket, blocks, strap, journal, paper, pen, water bottle, and tea cup with non-spill lid. If you have a small bean bag for your eyes, it will enhance your experience. I provide hot water, tea, and Kombucha. Feel free to bring snacks as you may begin to experience an appetite as your tension releases. If you do not have a mat or blocks, etc., please let me know and I will provide them for you.

There is also a lawn area, if you would like to bring a blanket, umbrella, etc.
